  I must really appreciate and thank Mr. Rahul for 3 things, When I reached Agra through Delhi I was very much frustrated with those people who looks like rogues and ugly culprits. They tried to cheat tourists. Not even able to understand basic English. But Rahul is well professional and he behaved like a true professional. He even delivered bike in my hotel itself. I rented Avenger bike. He maintains his bike in very good condition. Petrol full and smooth ride which can't be expected in many tourist places. Also he rents bike on hourly basis also which will save cost for short travellers. Cool it's classic man.!! He guided me well when I was in confusion about return train to Delhi. His timely guidance helped me catch my Chennai Flight without any hassles. He also accepted my drop point in Railway Station. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks Mr. Rahul and best wishes.

  Within 5 mins of my arrival I got the bike on railway station itself, hasslefree paperwork, great condition, all new bike. Bike was fitted with a mobile holder that to having charging socket, navigation was damn easy while roaming to all the places. Cheap rates, great service overall it was a wonderful experience, one must go for it if visiting Agra. Owner was soo co-operative he himself received bike late at night and even dropped us to our destination with his car. #Cheers_Byke_Ride

  Seamless Service! Mr. Rahul Kapoor (owner) has a hospitable attitude. He is always willing to take the extra step to meet your requirements. Our bike was waiting before we arrived at our hotel in Agra. Paperwork was quick and the rider delivering the bike was also courteous. The bike was in good condition and well maintained. It even had a mobile holder so using Google maps for navigation was very simple. All in all a great experience. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to hire two wheelers in Agra. P.S. The bike did not come with a helmet lock. I was carrying a bicycle number lock so I was sorted.

  I have had a very pleasant customer experience. I rented the scooter for a day and the owner Rajul delivered it to my hostel then I dropped it the following day at his place and he drove me back to my hostel. There were no hidden fees. Rajul is very helpful and provides great service. I really recommend renting motorbike at this place.

Bullet points, then full story below.. #1) AMAZING customer service above and beyond. #2) Almost-brand-new, very well-maintained bike #3) Delivery, and only 1-way drop-off I could find #4) Reasonable rates, clearly posted on website #5) Deal with the owner - not a 3rd party. #6) Did I mention PHENOMENAL customer service?! (Read on) #1) Rahul was kind, understood my questions, and speaks good English, so you can get set up easily to get on the road. He also (amazingly!) recovered my iPhone that I dropped on a highway between Agra and Jaipur. He was texting my phone to check in, at the time, and convinced whoever found my phone to return it! then he WENT OUT THERE HIMSELF - to go get it - while I was totally out of touch and wrote the whole thing off as a loss. AMAZING I can't give enough thank you's for this above and beyond effort. Rahul is the kind of person who is not only creating a genuine business with customer service - but a truly genuine person who wants to help out and for you to enjoy your experience - unique to find. #2) The motorcycle was a 2016 avenger 220. Great shape. Everything in place. Safe bike. Brakes were great. REAL helmet (not a cheap skullcap - I value my brain if something goes wrong!). He even (again) went above and beyond to provide riding gloves, in addition to a helmet of my size, and bungee cords to tie my bags. He has offered to install a carrier/luggage rack the next day, although I was last minute and a super hurry to leave, so I did not take him up on his generous offer. So he went out and got the bungee cords for me last minute. #3) I wanted to ride from Agra to the pushkar camel fair, a couple hours from Jaipur. But every bike rental place required me to return in the same city. This didn't work for me. But Rahul charged me a very reasonable fee for him to come out to what city I needed, and pick up the bike. I even modified from pushkar to Delhi to ride longer, and he accommodated me (don't switch on him late like I did- unless you confirm - but so awesome to deal with someone who understands a tourist's needs to not go back to the same city...) #4) Reasonable rates. Clearly posted on website. Many will try to hustle to capture all your money depending on what country you're from. But not here. Just a straight-forward, honest guy. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. No BS trying to screw you on daily rates, scratch on bike, etc. a true man of his word and wants to build his business with happy customers. Not out to hustle a couple extra dollars. As a US citizen, I felt like a lot of business in India we're trying to capitalize on whatever money I have, instead of the services provided. This was the opposite. Straight forward. #5) Most motorcycles I searched for in India were a middle-man website trying to connect motorcycle owners with tourists. It looked like a crap shoot on the quality of bike, and a huge suck on my precious India time. Rahul owns the bike, and personally delivered it. No confusion. No BS. No delays. Delivered personally by him to my hotel. #6) again, phenomenal customer service. Very reasonable rates. With a straight forward guy who went above and beyond. Don't fool yourself into justifying something else. Go with the tried and true.
